Installation of 6.5 does not include standard features

I downloaded and installed the full ga version of 6.5. It did not include the standard features that I use with 6.0 – for example database explorer, html editor, xml editor etc.
I have a professional license. How can these features be enabled?

Can you go to MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details and paste the information here for me. In hope you installed 6.5 to a brand new location and not over the old install.
