    Hello all,

    i tried to install the current milestone release on Eclipse Ganymede. However regardless of using the online update site or the archived site, it doesn’t work. I tried it a lot of times on different days and the error message is the same every time:

    An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
    Problems downloading artifact: osgi.bundle,org.eclipse.emf.query,1.2.0.v200805130238.
    Error reading signed content: C:\Users\js\AppData\Local\Temp\signatureFile40503.jar
    signed overrun, bytes = 95
    Problems downloading artifact: osgi.bundle,org.eclipse.emf.query.ocl,1.2.0.v200805130238.
    Error reading signed content: C:\Users\js\AppData\Local\Temp\signatureFile40502.jar
    signed overrun, bytes = 95

    Any idea what i can do to recover from this error?

    What version of Eclipse are you trying to setup MyEclipse 7.0M2 with?

    Can you install Eclipse 3.4 to a brand new location and then try installing MyEclipse 7.0M2 with it. Does that work?

    I get the same error. I’ve tried twice, both times with a clean install of Eclipse 3.4 (w/MyEclipse 7.0M2).

    What OS are you working on? Have you tried using Pulse (www.poweredbypulse.com) to setup MyEclipse?

    OS=Windows Server 2003

    I can’t use Pulse because it’s on a closed network.

    Have you tried using the All in One installer instead of the archive installer. That should fix the issue. I think the installer that you downloaded is corrupt.
