    Hello,

I installed PDT on MyEclipse 10.1. Windows 7, 64 bit. Install went successfully. But, I can’t run a simple PHP file. I get an error that it can’t find the server, (e.g., http://localhost/TestPDT2/test.php) when I right click on the file name and select Run as > PHP Web Application.

I also have Java application projects that I had closed.

Is there a config setting somewhere that I’m missing? I’ve been searching the Internet all morning for info.

    Best,
    JJ

    JJ,

To run a PHP project, right click on your PHP Project > Run as > Run Configurations and follow the wizard. To run a php file, right click on your php file > run as > PHP Web Application and follow the wizard. Your query is not specific to MyEclipse, I would recommend you cross-post on PHP / PDT forums.

If your project / php file is still not running, please check if you have configured PHP web server. Refer http://www.eclipse.org/pdt/help/html/pdt_table_of_contents.htm

Also verify you have setup Zend Debugger. Please refer – http://www.eclipse.org/pdt/help/html/troubleshooting_remote_debugging.htm
