We write plugins that get installed into eclipse and we have an installer for users to install our software. In most instances of eclipse 3.4.x there is a dropins directory that we can put a link files in to load our software. I can not seem to find that in your all-in-one download of MyEclipse.

Where would an installer put link files to add plugins to your version of eMyEclipse
