You need to navigate to your WebLogic Launch connector settings (Window > Preferences > MyEclipse > Server > WebLogic 8 > JDK) configure WebLogic to run using JDK 1.4.
Make sure your connector is configured to look like this:-

The error suggests you have the incorrect password saved under the connector. Please double check the password.Can you right click on the app and go to Run As > MyEclipse Server Application > WebLogic. Does the startup page showup?

I did what u suggested.But still the same problem.My browser would not start automatically when I run application as MyEclipse server Application.Can you tell me how I select workspace when myeclipse starts.My Ide simple through me on the worksapce where I was last time .

I need you to try something out. Can you switch to a new workspace (File > Switch WorkSpace > Temp), create a new Web Project and try running it without adding any code to it. Does the web project work ?Also, can you go to MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details and paste the information here for me.
Sir I all ready made two workspace and switch over it according to my need.I just want that my eclipse ask me to go which workspace.In the begining I selected ‘dont ask me again’ check box.How can I undo it.
You can go to Windows > Prefs > General > Startup and Shutdown and check the option that says “Prompt for workspace on startup”.

Thanks for your help.Now please tell me how to stop myeclipse from updating.I already uncheked automatic update in general,but it still updates.One more question.My tomcat start from icon of cat but wont stop from that icon.Hoewever From server menu i strts , stop and works fine.and another question my browser wont start automthanksatical when i run my web project by rightclicking and open it in entrprise mode.

Go to Windows > Preferences > MyEclipse > Community Essentials, and then uncheck “Search for new features on startup”.

Are you referring to the icon on the toolbar or the icon on the server view? Can you give me some more details on this issue.

You need to right click on your project and go to Run As > MyEclipse Server Application > <server instance> to start the app in a browser.

Thanks for reply.I am talking about tool bar cat icon of start,stop and restart(which is left side of java perspective).I can start from that toll bar icon but could not stop tomcat from stop tool bar.
For answer of my third question i did not get server instanse in myeclipse menu of run as.rather i got icons of all my installed server(ie.server selection options) on run as>Myeclipse serverapplication>server selection options.when i select tomcat broswer wont open automatically.
