So I just received this email, as I’m sure many of the other Apple devs here have, and I’m curious as to how this is going to impact Mobione development and hybrid app development in general.

Make sure your apps work seamlessly with the innovative technologies in iOS 7. Starting February 1, new apps and app updates submitted to the App Store must be built with Xcode 5 and iOS 7 SDK. Learn more about building apps for iOS 7.

MobiOne App Center Builder is already in compliance. The wildcard is the ambiguity regarding look & feel requirements for all future apps. No one knows the scope at this time but there are many apps who’s UI does not comply exactly to apples ios7 ui guidelines (note these are guidelines). We will learn if they are “rules” or remain general guidelines.
