You need to use the same settings when you build the update as you used for the original build, obviously something is different.

ApplicationLoader is not able to reconcile difference between the data used to build your binary file and the iTune Connect settings on your app. I’m not an expert at the itunes app setup and administration requirements so looking for input from others as well:

1) are you using the latest version of applicationloader utility?
If not, update and retry.

2) Did you change anything between the last app build that you uploaded and the most recent app build? For example does the build app id match the app/bundle id you have configured in iTunes – it is case sensitive?

3) what version of mobione did you use to build your app?

4) Try googling with your error msg. I did and found threads that might be helpful:
