    Hi,

I need some help on building our app. Actually, I tried it now a few times but I dont figure out what might be the problem.

I did follow the insutruction: iOS Application Provisioning Requirements http://www.genuitec.com/mobile/docs/appledigitalsignature/appledigitalsignature.html

Downloaded all the files and use them to build the app. Any idea what to try?

    Can you provide more details:

    1) is the build wizard submitting you content?

1a) if yes, please post a build #

1b) if no, please provide more details as to where the error is occurring in the iOS Build Wizard

    2) are you submitting private key, certificate and provision profile? Or .p12 file and provision profile?

    Hi Wayne,

sorry for pushing a bit. We wanted to try the app next week during an exhibition, to see if it works as we want it too…

Any idea why I cant sign it?

    Thanks for your help

    Hi Benjamin,

    >Any idea why I cant sign it?

Yes we believe the issue is with the App Center Builder server and how it handles non-ascii chars from your certificate. We are trying to isolate where the goof up is actually happening and will then identify a fix. We will keep you posted on the progress. Please ping us as well if you don’t have an update by EOB friday.

    Hi wayne,

Allright, non ascii chars mean? Should I make a new certificate with a little modification?

    Hi Enjar,

I’ve been informed by dev team that have deployed a fix. Could you attempt a build?

    Hi Octavio,

thanks for the fix. It worked very well. Just could only reply today, as we where on an exhibiton all week.

One smaller issue… the first 2 pages of the app are very slow. They got quite a few links in in? Might this be the reason?
