A recent email from Apple after my upload states as of May 1 all mew iPhone apps submitted must support the 4-inch display on the iPhone 5. All apps must include a launch image of the appropriate size.

Just wanted everyone to be ready.

Actually, Apple now require 4-inch retina display (iphone 5 screenshot), and ipad screenshots.
Anybody knows how to get these screenshots without ipad/iphone 5?
Even a solution that includes using a mac would help me.

I just used the screen shots from the test center and resized them in photoshop. Apple accepted them without a problem.

My test center screenshots have a portion of white screen backround, did you crop your screenshots?

BTW: the captcha tasks are a nightmare

Yes. I use the device settings of what I want and take screen image. I then crop them so they look the best, then scale them to whatever size I need.
