Hi I have updated the Mobione version to the latest version yet, apple are still refusing my app saying that in Iphone 5 and Ipad 3 using IOS6. That on start up the is an intermittent white screen. Do you know why this could be happening even though it works on it other apple devices?

Been trying to figure out why this is happening but I am getting nowhere.

A couple of questions:

1) Is the issue with the startup screen? Or is it after the startup screen has completed?

1a) if the issue is with the startup image are you sure it is the correct size and format, (iphone5 = 640×1136 png with no alpha channel, see attached image)?

2) Does this problem happen on all apps your create and install on your iphone5/ipad3 devices?
– for example if you create a simple helloworld app with no startup image then a default image will be provided? Do you see the issue?

To use this image, right-click and choose Save As.

Hi Wayne sorry for the delay. Its now working – All was needed was to update to latest version of mobione and update my files as well.
