Is your request for the MobiOne Design Center to include such a datepicker control or are you seeking to incorporate such a control into your own mobione app? For the former, we are evaluating support for InputField with Date type property. Thus when user clicks into such a field the date picker would be exposed similar to how the virtual keyboards currently appear for input-field and textarea widgets.
