    I have a form that submits data via post.
    My screen is for ‘remote webpage’/no offline support.

    I’ve noticed that sometime I change the _custom.js file, save and do a few submits and the results seem to be cached. I have to close test center and relaunch. I thought it was my code not working as I tweaked it but then noticed caching.

    Is this a known issue? I’ve seen some postings on the forum but didn’t find resolution.

    Thanks.

    @Craig11

    I have seen on some occasions where it appears that my _custom.js file is not being reloaded in the Test Center.

    A few questions:
    1) Are you using the Test Center’s “View Source” editor to view and modify your _custom.js file?

    1a) If yes, does the _custom. js file get saved but your are not seeing the effect of your changes?

    1b) If yes, please try clicking the Reload button on the toolbar. That should force a refresh?
    – The Test Center should automatically attempt a reload when the file is saved.

    2) Do you use the JS debugger or other tool panel tools?

    Wayne,

    Yes. I use the View Source, it does save and yes clicking ‘reload’ resolves the issue. It is definitely not taking the saves to custom javascript file automatically. I need to manually click reload.

    I don’t use the debugger.

    Thanks.

    Thanks for this feedback. Investigating further to see what gives…
