    Hi all,
when I open git history, I can select a specific commit, once clicked on the commit, I can see the files pushed on that commit.

If I double click on that file I get a java.lang.NullPointerException
    instead of a diff.

    Is this a known problem?

    Thanks

    Davide,

Not a known issue, but I was able to replicate it rather easily.

Note that double-clicking is supposed to open that file, not show a diff, and this is what seems to be failing. For a diff, you can use the “Compare with” actions from the context menu – and that does work.

Thank you for the report, we’re taking a look.

you are right, it should only open the file 🙂
sometimes it’s useful when I cannot use the compare because the file has more than one ancestor.

    thank you!
