After reading Why are we not using Java EE 5? on JavaLobby I downloaded Java EE 5 to use with MyEclipse 6.01GA.

Almost immediately I have had problems. The updates to MyEclipse would no longer update. Web Projects disappered !

Reinstalling My Eclipse All-in-One now. Hoping that helps. Any ideas welcome.

Thats wired. Let me know if the problem persists with the All in One installer. Make sure you setup MyEclipse to a brand new location.

Can you paste your MyEclipse Shortcut here for me.

Also, can you paste the contents of the eclipse.ini file here for me.

Add the -vm argument to your eclipse.ini file and test if it works.

    -vm <path-to-jdk-install>\bin\javaw.exe
