Does MyEclipse have an editor for external javascript files (*.js) ?

When I try to open my js files they don’t come up at all. I went into the Eclipse preferences and looked for a file association for *.js and none existed. All the other typical web files like css and html seemed to have MyEclipse editors associated with them.

For now I was able to associate the generic text editor with *.js, but having a syntax colored editior with code completion for javascript would be very usefull.

    Roy,
We do not currently have a Java script editor in the MyEclipse package but are always looking to work with authors of other plugins (if you can suggest a good JS plugin for us to look at). Our internal energies are really spent on J2EE/Server tooling but that doesn’t mean we won’t address additional editors when some of our work load lightens up.
