dobredenMemberHi – I have just downloaded and installed MyEclipse 7 using myeclipse-7.0-win32.exe mainly with the intention of trying out the JSF Visual Editor but it isn’t working.
I have created a project and added JSF capabilities. At first I was getting the following error:
The VP Editor can't be run because your system environment needs to be changed slightly.I then clicked on a link and got a memory violation error dialogue that need Windows task manager to shut MyEclipse down. Having tried enabling MyFaces then IceFaces the error message has gone away but I still get the basic JSP editor. It looks as though MyEclipse is *trying* to open the JSF Visual Editor as I can see it for about a second on a tab heading then it launches the JSP editor instead.

dobredenMemberCan I upgrade to a later version of JBoss Tools that contains the JSF Visual Editor?

dobredenMemberHi – Looks as though there’s no solution to this. It’s a shame as I was keen to subscribe and like many of the other MyEclipse features but this is a show stopper for me.
