I ran into the same problem that was talked about in this topic (http://www.myeclipseide.com/PNphpBB2+file-viewtopic-t-3077-highlight-jsp+breakpoint.html).

I was used to setting breakpoints by right-clicking, and then selecting ‘toggle breakpoint’. After banging my head on the wall for a few hours, I finally found this post. It could possibility save some people a ton of time if you mimicked the behavior of the rest of eclipse.

Jon,
We added a dialog that lets you know why you can’t set random breakpoints anymore… we agree that this was very confusing. Sorry about the trouble.
