I installed 3.8 Beta on Eclipse 3.0. I reviewed the great tutorial you have on Web development, but I noticed I cannot set breakpoints in JSP’s as the tutorial shows.

    Am I missing something?

    Oscar,
Make sure you are opening your JSP files with the MyEclipse JSP editor. Right click on your JSP, go to Open With, and select “MyEclipse JSP Editor”. Its likely you might have another plugin installed that is actually opening the JSP file.

Let me know if that doesn’t work.

Thanks for the response. I am in the JSP Editor. That was not the issue. The issue ended up being a GUI issue. I am used to setting breakpoints by using the pop-up menu. In a java editor the popup shows the breakpoint menu options. In the JSP editor these menu items do not show up. Yet when you double-click on the left area the breakpoint is set.

    Cheers,

    Oscar
