I haven’t had a chance to give MyEclipseIDE a try yet, but it looks really impressive. I’m quite excited about it. Anyway, looking at the features listed on the “Roadmap”, there’s one I didn’t see that I would like to see, and that is a WYSIWYG JSP editor. What are the chances we’ll be seeing something like that in the future?

Funny you should ask. The GA release (7/15) will include a preview pane for both the JSP and HTML editors. Naturally, it can’t be true WYSIWYG for JSP’s since much of the content can be dynamic, but it will do a full HTML preview so you can at least get an idea of what your JSP’s will look like.

Could the editor use the Outline window (see “jsp file editor” or xmlbuddy) ?
