JSP yes, JS/HTML/CSS no, not right now. Too many other big ticket items still on TODO list. These types of things would come during a “polish” swing of our release cycle.
For JS/CSS refactoring … one nice thing to have would be that you select a block of CSS or a block of JS in a file that is a JSP or HTML file (for example) and be able to move that to an external JS or CSS file with the appropriate reference automatically inserted in the original JSP/HTML file. That seems like something that is comparatively low effort and high payout.
