Hi,
I don’t think this is really a bug, but rather me doing something wrong. I’m trying to search for the usages of a static helper method which i definitely know it is being used in some JSPs. However when i hit ctrl-g to find the references, nothing is found in the JSPs. The JSP search window appears for a short while displaying something like “looking up indexes”. Do i need to set up something to tell it where to search for JSPs?

JSPs are currently excluded from the index operation as the indexer was plaguing the workbench with deadlocks and cpu-pegging operations. This should hopefully be re-added in MyEclipse 5.0

I agree, the lack of the find-usages including the JSPs in a project is a big issue for my team as well. I hope this feature comes in very soon, as it’s one of the leading defecits between eclipse and the competing J2EE/JSP development IDEs (like XDevelop and JBuilder)
