Is there any way to limit the directories compiled by the Structured Document and Model Builder? My project includes various open source libraries and, because of the way I’ve chosen to check them into version control and maintain them as part of the project, the Structured Document and Model Builder goes through all of them on a build.

We currently don’t offer support for exluding directories from the builders, but I will file an enahncement request for you so we can look into this.
