Receive the following link error when attempting to run debugger:
Exception in thread “main” java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no ocijdbc8 in java.library.path
Running Eclipse 3.1.1 on xp machine. Attemping to run app which requires oracle database connecetion on local machine. Have set classpath in preferences-java-buildpath-classpath variables. Also set classpath in run-debug-classpath. In each case provided path to jar containing ocijdbc.dll driver, which I think is what debugger is requesting. Apparently I am still missing something. Does anyone have any ideas?

I am running the application locally on my pc. There is no app server only a database server connection used in running the application.
