I read in the FAQ that I needed to install mozilla 1.6 from a link that was provided. I installed the product, exported the MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME env variable and started eclipse. I still do not see an HTML/JSP preview button.
What else needs to be done?
What version of Eclipse and MyEclipse are you using?

I think you might have missed a step or two.
