jamesdMemberHello all,
Was wondering if there is a known bug or if it’s my error that all “listHeaders” label font defaults to the color white, and shadowed each, time the design is re-opened.
I’ll save it, change the header color, remove shadow then close the project. When I open it back up, Those settings have went back to default. To replicate, just create a basic design and drag a ‘list’ to the design and change those two settings. Close then re-open design.
Perhaps I’m missing something?
Thank you.

Paul_paulParticipantYes you are right it does seem to default back, the problem can be avoided by deleting the supplied text then put your own text box inside the header. You can then do what you like with it.

jamesdMemberHello stickleback,
Thanks for your response.
If I did that, then wouldn’t I need to keep that specific design custom and not use the designer for it?I’m new at this and learning, Thanks for all your patience.
I’m really starting to dig MobiOne 🙂

support-michaelKeymasterI am not able to replicate your issue. See this video (no audio) of the scenario you describe using mobione 2.6.1: http://screencast.com/t/nTvkQMy9Zh

jamesdMemberHi Michael,
Here’s what I see (ver 2.6.1):
http://screencast.com/t/1Ta2sONpHlFThe “Rounded List” headers appear fine and seem to work like they should… like in your video.
But the regular “List”, with squared corners, does not.March 6, 2014 at 4:43 pm #347832
support-octavioMemberHi jamesd,
Thanks for sharing the video. We have replicated the issue and opened a bug for tracking this issue. If you need a near term workaround you should remove the header text and overlay it with a Text widget.

heh… I’m thanking him for updating us about acknowledging it being a bug. 🙂

jamesdMemberNote: The font-size seems to be doing the same and default to size 15 upon re-opening document. Haven’t checked any other properties, hopefully they’ll all be reviewed during the fix. 🙂
Thank you.

jamesdMemberHello,
Just curious when we might expect a fix for this?
Thank you.

support-octavioMemberHi jamesd,
It will not be resolved until the mobione 2.7 release. The issue is the list header properties are not being stored correctly. A fix requires modifying the .mobi file format which requires a full dot release.
The short term work around is to replace the list header by using a combination of text + panel or button with properties adjusted accordingly.April 1, 2014 at 4:57 pm #348485
jamesdMemberOk, thanks.
