At work I use wsad that was configured by someone else. When I start the server all log messages show up in the console, which is really a nice feature. How can I configure myeclipse to do the same thing?

MyEclipse will display standard out and err to the console for you, but if the app server is logging to the a file as well, this is an app server configuration issue that you will have to look into to see if you can get it to log to the console as well.
