login.jsp is not created automaticly in the Demo

    I do the “Struts Development Demo” and I don”t have my “login.jsp” created
    automaticly when I complete the “Create Login Action and a corresponding Login
    Action Form” part in the demo

    I notice that I don’t have the checbox “Create JSP” in one of the window during the demo
    and I didnt find any similar thing MyEclipse version ( I thought that is was created by default)

    I have Eclipse6M
    I have MyEclipse6M

    If you can help me

    Is it possible that the checkbox was just not visible because the window was too small? What OS are you running on? What version of JDK are you using to run Eclipse?

    I redo the demo and my windows was not to small
    My OS is: Mandrake 10.1

    In Eclipse:
    In Window->preference->java->compiler->”compiler complience level ”
    I have 1.4
    In Window->preference->java->Installed JREs
    1.5 is checked
    1.4.2_07 is not cheked

    Ahh this could actually be an Eclipse bug with custom GTK Skins, and IIRC Mandrake runs their own custom Skin. It is a known bug where widgets (buttons included) will size themselves to like 4 pixels high and sometimes not show if a custom LNF is used.
