    Hi,

I think I’ve mislayed my license information (in the move from one computer to another). Is there any way to retrieve it?

Also, is there a good way to buy multiple licenses?

    BCing you

We understand people have to move applications between computers. Our licensing doesn’t prohibit that as long as membership information is not shared with other people.

To facilitate retrieving lost or mislayed codes, please refer to our Self Services section: http://www.myeclipseide.com/index.php?module=ContentExpress&func=display&ceid=24 and select the “Lost your Membership Access key?” link. An email will be sent to you with included Key for the Workbench. Please check your account profile information to make sure you have the correct email address. Account information can be viewed/updated through the “My Account” link in the main menu or through the following link: http://www.myeclipseide.com/user.php?op=edituser

As for buying multiple licenses, we have flexible group membership enrolment and payment options you can choose through the Self Services, or through the Group Membership Sections: http://www.myeclipseide.com/index.php?module=ContentExpress&func=display&ceid=22

For additional membership questions please contact subscriptions@genuitec.com

    Best Regards
