support-swapnaModeratordarraghp,
Can you answer some more questions for me to understand the issue better ?
1) Can you share your installation details from MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details ? Paste them here for me.
2) Does “Show Annotation” show the annotations correctly ? If no then please recheck your CVS connection.
3) There is a bug filed for the same in Eclipse according to this link and it is fixed in Eclipse 3.6. MyEclipse 9 is based on Eclipse 3.6.
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3018146/show-history-in-eclipse-shows-nothing4) You can try installing ME 9 and check if the issue persists.

support-swapnaModeratordarraghp,
1) Did you install ME 9.0? You can install it from this link :
http://myeclipseide.com/index.php?name=Recommend_Us&req=Download&version=ME2) You can also use Pulse to install ME 9.0 :
https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/installation-how-to-install-myeclipse-from-pulse/3) If you still see the issue in ME 9.0, please list out steps in detail for me to be able to replicate it at my end.
4) Also paste the contents of the .log file which is located at <workspace dir>/.metadata/.log here.
