Lost "normal" update manager after installing me 7

Im working in a development team that uses multiple OS.
After installing me 7.0 on windows i found that the update manager has been replaced by pulse. (Help -> Software updates)
However both the linux and mac versions of me 7.0 still use the old update manager.

Is there a way for me to use the old/normal update manager on me 7.0 for windows?

I guess you have used the pulse based installer on Windows and the manual installer on Mac and Linux. You will have to install ME on windows using the manaual installer for windows.
