    Hi,

    Just a few words to say thats some features are not working under mac osx:
    web designer
    web browser

    I’m running under osx 10.3.4, eclipse m9, myeclipse 2.8

    Myeclipse is already very nice… if all features will be available for mac… wonderfull!!!!

    The web designer is Win32-only until further notice, and the web browser will be in the next beta release (next week some time).

    Do you really mean MyEclipse 2.8? Because it’s 3.8 Beta 1 that is compatibile with Eclipse 3.0 M9, not 2.8.

    The web browser should work fine on that setup. It definately won’t work properly on OS X 10.2, because the SWT layer in Eclipse 3.0 requires 10.3. However, on your configuration it should be fine. What are you seeing? Is there anything in the log file (<workspace>/.metadata/.log). Please note that from the commandline to see the .log file you’ll have to use ‘ls -a’ or similar.

    You’re right I use 3.8 Beta1, sorry…(jumping between m8 – m9) Yes the browser works but not all the time. That’s not very important. I’ll check the logs! Is the designer going to work under linux or mac?

    Most likely, but not in 3.8 timeframe. We’re still investigating solutions there for later implementation.

    thank you for the mac os x version!
    tonight i will test it.
    it´s very cool that i can develop struts and java with my mac.
