I understood that you want is to load your images from a remote site (http:// …. ). So what you should do is add a image widget, Instead to specify the Image property just add a similar line code like next one in your <appname>_custom.js file:

$(‘#m1-AppName-image1’).attr(‘src’,’URL’);
