I found a major flaw:
1. Someone made commitments on a date unachievable by the laws of physics given the scope of what was being requested.
2. Instead of quality and ease of use, management opted for a bloated and lock-in release to put out to the paying customers. Why is Pulse not considered vendor lock-in as it now appears to be the only way to add/update…. and it doesn’t work.
2.A. Where I see issues popping up (and some of the most fundemental issues you could imagine) it shows us that have development and testing experience that this was a product rushed out the door.
3.Development and QA are probably baked to a crisp as their managers don’t seem to have a handle on good project managment skills, scope management, an ear to what is important,. Or maybe everyone fears losing their job in the current economic crisis?
Not a happy camper. You guys seem to be going backwards. When can we expect a “fix” for that?
