Is there a way to make one page that has all of the general buttons on the status bar and navigation bars that will automatically update to all of the other pages in the project? So far, I have had to make the button, than copy and paste onto another page. That works well until a client wants to make a change, and I have to change all the buttons on all the pages individually.
What you want to accomplish is not possible as the files derived from a template are basically a copy of the template. Thereafter, the copied file has not relationship with the template. I’ve worked with old object oriented systems like Prototype that support exactly what you are describing. I have opened an enhancement request for more active templates.
