    Hello,

I read the MyEclipse team has embedded the Eclipse Java Editor into Matisse. It seems a good idea but I observed the behaviour of the embedded Java editor is different than the Eclipse Java editor (i.e., the brackets are not authomatically closed). May be the embedded Java editor don’t uses the general settings specified for the Eclipse Java Editor.

I think must be interesting both editors have the same behaviour.

Thanks a lot for your excellent work,

    Francesc,
What version of M4M and MyEclipse are you seeing this behavior with?

    Riyad,

    M4M: 4.9.200
    MyEclipse: 5.0M2

    I’m updating now to MyEclipse 5.0 GA…

    Thanks in advance,

    Francesc

    Riyad,

I’m testing MyEclipse 5.0 GA and the latest M4M 5.0 GA. I observe the brackets problem is soved
by if you do Ctrl-O, for example, nothing happens. Ctrl-Shift-F, however, executes a format.

Glad to hear it’s working better, we make a lot of corrections to M4M in the GA release.
