Whenever i try to install the spring support module from the Help -> Choose Component I get the following error

Cannot complete the install because of a conflicting dependency.

According to the install components from that same screen i have
    – Hibernate/JPA support
    – MyEclipse database tools
    – Tomcat support

I need all 3 of those, so i can’t remove them in order to get spring installed. what are my options?

    Thanks

    raydawg2000,

Sorry that you are facing this issue.

Can you please clarify if any third party plugins are installed in MyEclipse 2013 ? If yes, please list them, as the third party plugins are causing these conflicting dependency errors.

Please attach the screenshot of Help > Choose components to help us visualize the components that are installed in MyEclipse.

Alternatively, you can try installing MyEclipse 2013 alongside the existing MyEclipse installation in a different location by choosing/installing all the MyEclipse components you need, first, and then installing all other third party plugins you need. To install another copy of MyEclipse, you need to delete the MyEclipse entry from ‘C:\Users\<username>\.deliverycenter.installs’ file, then rerun the MyEclipse 2013 installer and follow the wizard to install another copy.

Let us know how it works for you.

    Hi,
i attached the components and installed software pages. All i have is JRebel installed, but the dependency is complaining about a conflict with another MyEclipse component it seems.

    Thanks
