Hi,
I need to migrate projects from RAD6.0 to MyEclipse. I am using MyEclipse version 6.0 with Eclipse 3.3.
I have a constraint to use websphere server with MyEclipse. I could get Websphere integrated with MyEclipse. But now when I am trying to deploy the ear project which are RAD based, myeclipse is not recognizing them as EAR projects and ntohing is available to deploy on server. I figured it out that the issue is due to .project files which are RAD specific. Is there a way to migrate the RAD .project files to myclipse .project files? OR is there any way to point eclipse to use the RAD (IBM) specific .project files?

You will have to create a new MyEclipse project and copy paste parts from your RAD project to the MyEclipse project. Thats the only way to get it to work.
Yes. You will have to create new modules as well for your EAR project and trasfer information from the old to the new modules (e.g. web module)
