On my WinXP installation of MyEclipse when editing a JSP I have 4 tabs Source, Design, Design/Source, Preview. On Linux I only have Source & Preview?

    Eclipse 3.1.2
    MyEclipse 4.1.1
    This is on both
    CentOS 4.3 & RHEL 4.3

    Thanks

    Jim

    Jim,
The designer isn’t cross platform at this point but this *will* be fixed in MyEclipse 5.0. We appologize for this inconvenience but appreciate the patience from all the users that waited for us to finish up this work.

Ahh, that’s what I suspected. I just converted from WinXP to Linux. I guess I’ll have to wait for MyEclipse 5.0 to get my favorite jsp editing view (Design/Source) back.

    Thanks for the info.

    Jim,

Unfortunately you will, but it will be even better, in addition to being on Linux! We should have a preview of it in 5.0 Milestone 2 next month. It won’t be back to “full functionality” in that milestone, but it should be useful and a great preview of where we’re going with it.
