Hi
I can’t run Mobione after last upgrade.
Error log says:

It seems to be a bad installation issue. Please run Mobione uninstaller, download and install the latest version that you can find here: http://www.genuitec.com/mobile/download.html

I tried it but uninstall aborts unexpectedly saying ‘some error occurred’.
Also I tried to install last version in different location but I get the same ‘some error occurred’, it aborts before installation ends.

1) what windows OS version (e.g., Win7, Vista, XP,…)?
2) how much available RAM ?
3) what antivirus software are you running?
3a) do you have any AV quarantine warnings during the installation process or in your log?
4) Are you installing to a custom directory? If yes can you try uninstalling and then run the installer and accept all defaults to see if there is something goofed with custom location.

4) When I installed Mobione first time I leaved path installation wizard showed me but in different HD and never I had problems till now.
I can’t run uninstall, it aborts.I found your dev version and I could install it successful. This works.
I’m not sure what happens with my license in this case.
I can use dev version like I used my full version ?
Or this has some limitation ?Thank you so much.

Your license will work with this version. It has not expiration date. But since it is not a production version we advise you to upgrade as soon as the the 2.5 production version is available.
