Fixes:
0) webapp support for ios 7.1 (viewport minimum-ui attribute)
– there is still a minor layout issue on ipad
1) map refresh issue
2) layout issue for android 4.4 keyboard visible on screen transition
3) simulator addressbar abbreviated width
4) misc minor fixes
