I have built a number of apps using MobiOne. To save on costs paying 3rd party each time I just recently purchased a Mac book, downloaded the latest version of Xcode, and already have my iphone app developer license. I don’t know code, so I will continue using MobiOne to build my apps. I have always logged into itunes connect and selected “add app” and built in my app information. In the past at this point I paid for the 3rd party service. The purchase of my Mac is so that I can begin uploading my ipa. mobione app files myself now. Is there a process written to perform this portion? Just to be clear, I need someone assistance of how to upload my mobione app files through itunes on my Mac.

The iTunes upload process is well documented by Apple. Login to the dev portal and familiarize yourself with iTunes Connect.
Also a quick google search for iTunes Connect and Application Loader documentation provides links to additional resources such as:
