Hi Guys,

This is my first post and my first day using MobiOne.

Firstly, I am loving the software so far. Also like the captcha method! 😉

Now to my question;

I am having problems connecting to the cloud, I have NEVER had a successful connection, it keeps timing out on me. I am based in China, if that makes any difference, but I have also tried connected via a VPN to no avail.

Is there something I can try differently to make this work.

1) Are you behind a firewall?

2) Do you get an error number or message when the connection fails?

3) Are you able to access this sample webapp hosted on the cloud from a browser http://goo.gl/vv1kq

4) Can you run trace route to the server http://goo.gl/vv1kq and share the details
