    Hi,

will there be any updates released soon with maybe additional features and ipad mini support? the program could really do with a better way of playing music be it HTML5 or similar. ipads / iphones are a lot about music and with the dev program not really supporting any of this, kind of makes it a little pointless 🙁

    thanks

    Nigel

    Hi Nigel,

The designer provides a basic audio player widget. You are free to implement your own using the html5 widget as long as you respect how mobile devices work (not cobble together random bits of incompatible code and try throw them on a mobile browser expecting magic)

Can you share specific details about what your needs for audio support?

    “pointless” – hmmm!

Lol. Thanks mate, that hurts 🙂

I get the point. The player widget doesnt have the look and feel of an iOS application. By using the native player bar, it’s very small on screen for a users finger do you not think?

The code I used was not cobbled together, it just didn’t work in the way I would have hoped.

The player I’m looking for can be simple but it needs to be constant i.e continues to play or be visible when transitioned to another screen. This is on a different thread. My view on this thread was to ask about updates.

Look, I think we’ve got off on the wrong foot here. I’m ok with HTML and to a degree, JavaScript and can get my look and feel with my code perfectly fine in DW so I thought it would be a similar thing in mobione. I was wrong.

Lets draw a line and start from scratch?

    Thanks

    Nigel
