We use multiple workspaces, one for each release of the product. I am currently supporting 3 branches and constantly have to figure out which workspace I have open. Is there a way to display the workspace path somewhere on the title bar?

My current work around is to r-click on a file and select properties and find the full path to the file on disk.

    Hi,
I’m afraid the only way to find out the workspace name is to right click on you project and select properties. I’m not aware of any plugin that can help you display the workspace name on the toolbar.

You can add a “-showlocation” switch to the shortcut used to start your (My)Eclipse, or add it to the eclipse.ini used by you (My)Eclipse executable.

This is a standard Eclipse startup switch.

Thank you for pointing this out.
