As everyone knows, certain version of myeclipse matchs certain version of Eclipse
Could anyone or the admin of this forum give me the table of matching relation.
Special thanks in avance! 😯We never thought this table was necessary becuase we usually push just a single version of MyEclipse for production use – which is the latest GA release.
Anyhow, here is some information that’ll help you get going:MyEclipse 3.8.4 – Eclipse 3.0
MyEclipse 4.0.3 – Eclipse 3.1.x (Recommneded for production use)
MyEclipse 4.1.x – Eclipse 3.1.x (4.1M2 has been released, it is quite stable but it is still a Milestone release of 4.1)If you require further information, do let us know.

Brian.Regarding installation in Linux, I would suggest downloading the Manual installer for whichever version you choose, and simply follow the instructions within the ZIP. You can use the same installer and procedure for both windows and Linux.

Do this mean that any version of MyEclipse 4.1.x requires any version os Eclipse 3.1, or just one in specific?

It means it works with 3.1.0 and 3.1.1 (all released editions).

It *should*, but we test with each Eclipse bugfix release just to be sure that their modifications don’t surface or cause a bug in MyEclipse.
