I let my subscription code lapse so I purchased a new one (renewal). When I enter it appears to like it (“enter a valid subscription” message disappears) but the “Finish” button never becomes sensitized. I am unable to use the “Upgrade or Renew” option because I do not have internet access at the location I’m coding. How can I get it to accept my new subscription code?

Can you make sure that you haven’t entered any special characters, extra spaces? Subscription code is super sensitive, so make sure you have correctly entered it. If the problem persists, can you send out a mail to subscriptions@genuitec.com?
