My suscription does not appear on portal

    I adquiered My Eclipse on November but the portal does not have any suscription registered even when i already “Activate” the product… ¿What should i do?

    Sorry that you are seeing this issue.

    Activation is not associated with showing up the subscription details.
    Can you please recheck if you have purchased the subscription under a different account?

    charlymoon,

    Can you please go to the Account Management page (Member Services->Account Management) and check what exactly is mentioned ?. Is it “This is a guest account” or “Your membership has expired” or something else?
