MyEclipse 2015 update error

    Hi,
    I’ve tried to update MyEclipse 2015:
    Help -> Check for Updates -> Apply
    but i’m unable to complete the update with the following error:

    An error occurred while collecting items to be installed

    Hi,

    Sorry that you are seeing this issue. We do not see any issues with the update at our end.

    1. Can you please retry updating and see if the issue persists ? It might be a temporary glitch.
    2. Are you working behind a firewall or proxy? If yes then please configure the firewall/proxy settings here : Window > Preferences > General > Network Connections.
    3. As a quick fix, you can download the MyEclipse 2015 CI 2 offline installer from here and install it to a different location.

    thank you for the link, i’ve installed the new version and now everything works perfectly!
