MyEclipse 3.8.2 and Eclipse 3.1 M2.
It’s strange but I cannot see “TCP/IP Monitor” and “Web Browser” in Internet Tools – there is only Internet Proxy there.
This happens on Debian and on Windows as well.
I wonder have someone else experienced this?

Is it a bug?

Eclipse 3.1 is not supported for use with MyEclipse, its a use-at-your-own-risk situation.
