We just keep one version of backlog release sets in our general download zone. Is there any particular reason you want an older version?
I am having problem with validator _1_1_3 dtd. Right now I have myEclipse 4.1.1 installed on my machine. When I compile my project, it says “unable to connect to host:” If I change the dtd version to validator _1_0.dtd , then it is working.. I want validator _1_1_3 dtd. So, just want to install 4.0.3 version and see. Please let me know if there is a work around for this.

I was also looking for version 4.03. The reason i was looking is , one of our project is created using the old version and when i use the new version the hibernate mapping are lillte different than the old version, for consistency i need to create all maping files same when we add few more mappings to the existing project
